In addition to co-exhibiting, Byers and EVS are sponsoring and participating in a Leadership Intensive workshop focused on helping solid waste operators build stronger community relationships by leveraging technology.
Byers will be speaking to the impact its mobile odor control system, the HPII23M, is having on customer landfills who are seeking to take the fight against odor to the frontlines, the working face. EVS will be discussing its environmental/meteorological monitoring services and how marrying them with the Byers mobile odor control system gives solid waste operators a strategic advantage in combating nuisance odors while improving transparency and community engagement through its proprietary software solution. Byers recognizes that solid waste odor control problems don’t conveniently limit themselves to only landfills and similar open-air facilities. At WASTECON®, Byers will also be speaking to the importance of indoor odor control by sharing its MT-Series of molecular filtration systems, the ideal odor control solution for MRFs and transfer stations. With 2,000 to 6,000 CFM of odor scrubbing power in each MT-Series unit, Byers can help design an indoor odor control solution that scales up or down with its solid waste customer’s needs.
In addition to odor control, Byers also provides dust suppression solutions for indoor solid waste applications.
